Manual Tester

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, usability, UI/UX, cross-browser/device, and end-to-end testing
• Validate marketing websites and tools including lead capture forms, dynamic landing pages, and multi-step funnels
• Document, prioritize, and track defects in JIRA and collaborate with developers and designers to verify fixes
• Troubleshoot production issues independently and contribute to release sign-offs
• Identify process improvements and enhance test coverage for performance marketing goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of manual testing experience on full-stack web apps
• Proficiency in SDLC/STLC, test case design, and bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello
• Experience auditing Core Web Vitals, mobile UX, and accessibility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright
• Experience with API testing tools
• Agency experience testing client sites in real estate, education, or lead-gen sectors
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD testing, or security testing (OWASP)
