Manual Operator

Responsibilities

• Deburr, assemble, and mark parts according to required quality standards and timelines
• Operate, care for, and maintain deburring equipment, cutting tools, and auxiliary installations
• Use rotary and abrasive tools, pneumatic tools, and electrolytic marking processes
• Maintain a clean workspace following 5S principles and manage TPM for assigned equipment
• Support other areas such as CNC, warehouse, FPI, and final inspection as needed
• Read and understand process documentation and report any discrepancies to supervisors immediately
• Train new personnel on position-specific tasks and responsibilities
• Wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and comply with internal regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma (certificate required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar manual operation roles
• Proven manual dexterity and strong visual acuity
• Experience with rotary tools (flap wheels, cratex, discs) and abrasive tools (rotary files)
• Proficiency with pneumatic tools including riveters, mototools, belt sanders, and pneumatic presses
• Experience in component assembly and electrolytic marking
• Ability to maintain high concentration levels during repetitive tasks
