About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform activities related to merchandise arrangement and handling
- Follow up on assigned work orders at the start of each shift
- Execute loading and unloading tasks
- Manage product recovery and handle shrinkage (mermas)
- Comply with all safety standards and Best Practices (BPA's)
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (EPP) and assigned tools
Requirements
- Minimum of secondary education
- Experience in manual loading and unloading
- Full availability to work various shifts
- Proven job stability in previous roles
- Proximity to the workplace in Monterrey, Nuevo León
