Mandatory Internship in Electroless Copper Processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and tasks as coordinated with your supervisor
• Prepare test substrates for chemical copper deposition
• Manufacture and perform chemical analysis of process baths
• Evaluate deposited copper layers using wet chemical and physical methods
• Maintain careful documentation of all experimental results
• Present findings during team meetings
• Support troubleshooting efforts and process optimization

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
• This must be a mandatory internship as defined by your university study regulations
• Initial experience working in a wet chemical laboratory setting
• Foundational knowledge of spectroscopy, gravimetry, titrimetry, and transition metal chemistry
• Ability to work safely with hazardous substances
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong English language skills
• Proactive, structured, and team-oriented work style
