Mandatory Internship in Communication and Events

Responsibilities

• Support Event Managers in the planning, execution, and follow-up of live event formats in the DACH region (e.g., trade fairs, seminars, customer events, and training)
• Assist with virtual events using various webinar and video conferencing systems
• Support the evaluation of communication measures and events
• Create and design presentations
• Assist the team with day-to-day operational tasks on-site

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Communication, Media Studies, Event Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• Valid certificate of enrollment (mandatory)
• Strong organizational talent and excellent communication skills
• Team player with a high level of service orientation
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ideally, initial practical experience in an international environment
