Responsibilities

• Gain insights into the activities of the hospital social service and discharge management
• Plan and coordinate post-hospital care
• Participate in counseling sessions
• Gain experience within an interdisciplinary team on the wards

Requirements

• Enrolled student in the field of Social Work
• Enjoyment in interacting with patients and their relatives
• Independent, proactive, and diligent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong social skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience is desirable but not required
