Mandarin Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Recruit industry experts by engaging with senior executives and industry leaders to secure participants for in-depth interviews.
• Research specific sectors and identify key catalysts to source the most relevant experts for client needs.
• Collaborate closely with Sector Analysts to shape research angles and develop insightful interview questions.
• Tackle complex projects to provide essential information that informs institutional investor decisions.
• Develop professional sales, negotiation, and research skills within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence industry leaders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Prior work or internship experience is preferred; immediate availability is a plus.
