Managing Veterinarian

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the modern small animal practice in Braunschweig
• Provide high-quality medical care using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Support the professional development of colleagues and share medical expertise
• Ensure customer, patient, and team-oriented workflows and service
• Take responsibility for the successful operational leadership of the practice

Requirements

• Completed degree in Veterinary Medicine with German veterinary license (Approbation)
• At least 5 years of professional veterinary experience
• German language proficiency at C1 level
• Professional demeanor with a flexible and responsible approach
• Experience in leadership (department, practice, or clinic) is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialist veterinary training or additional certifications
