Managing Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental Kantar Consulting revenue through commercial leadership and strategic business development.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs and Heads of Strategy.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex strategic consulting projects, including brand strategy, market structures, and innovation.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and lead consulting pitches and renewals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the Kantar ecosystem to deliver high-quality, impactful client work.
• Mentor and lead highly motivated teams of consultants, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in management consulting and change management (e.g., gap analysis, road mapping).
• Strong commercial leadership skills with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Deep strategic brand expertise and experience leading large-scale consulting engagements.
• Proficiency with AI tools and an openness to integrating AI into consulting processes.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-level executives.
