About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive incremental Kantar Consulting revenue through commercial leadership and strategic business development.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs and Heads of Strategy.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex strategic consulting projects, including brand strategy, market structures, and innovation.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and lead consulting pitches and renewals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the Kantar ecosystem to deliver high-quality, impactful client work.
- Mentor and lead highly motivated teams of consultants, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous feedback.
Requirements
- 10+ years of management consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in management consulting and change management (e.g., gap analysis, road mapping).
- Strong commercial leadership skills with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Deep strategic brand expertise and experience leading large-scale consulting engagements.
- Proficiency with AI tools and an openness to integrating AI into consulting processes.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-level executives.

- Experience working within the marketing, insights, or advertising sectors.
- Ability to architect complex solutions by bringing together diverse subject matter experts.
