Responsibilities

• Assist the editor-in-chief in editorial management for the brand
• Produce feature articles, news stories, and shorter news items monthly
• Manage the print production process, including editing and proofreading
• Maintain relations with freelancers and coordinate assignments
• Manage the brand’s social media presence
• Participate in live and virtual events including webinars and panels
• Manage large-scale annual ranking projects
• Research trends and ideas for content
• Edit for correct grammar, punctuation, accuracy, and spelling

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of reporting experience or team management experience
• Excellent writing, reporting, and news management skills
• Experience managing internal and external teams (in-person and remote)
• Experience shaping journalism for print, digital, video, audio, and live events
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, business, or a related field
