Managing Director/Director - Forensic Accounting and Commercial Damages

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and deliver complex disputes engagements and demonstrate technical authority
• Manage commercial performance including budgeting, productivity, profitability, and cash collection
• Oversee multiple commissions, ensuring consistent delivery to global standards
• Advise clients and counsel on sophisticated forensic accounting and valuation matters
• Manage and deepen key client and lawyer relationships
• Provide operational leadership to teams and mentor junior colleagues
• Drive business development across EMEA and globally through proposals, networking, and industry engagement

Requirements

• University degree or postgraduate qualification in accounting, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or an advanced economics qualification
• 9–12+ years PQE with significant experience in forensic accounting and contentious valuations
• Proven experience leading large, complex, and high-value disputes
• Strong technical expertise in valuation methodologies and financial analysis
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for drafting expert reports
• Demonstrated ability to develop business and grow client relationships
