Managing Director, Real Estate Management Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new business development strategies for the Dallas/Austin markets
• Oversee the performance and operational management of the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) business unit
• Drive new business growth by selling the REMS platform to internal counterparts and external clients
• Provide business line budget guidance and review monthly financial packages for the business unit
• Price new business in accordance with company guidelines
• Oversee Directors in the management of staff, operations, and client A/R collections
• Transition new accounts into the REMS platform effectively
• Execute special projects and reports as assigned by senior leadership

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate or property management
• Proven track record of progressive leadership responsibility
• Strong business development and sales skills
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
