Managing Director, Private Banker

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and convert prospects into UHNW clients through strategic networking and relationship building.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, developing tailored investment, risk management, and liquidity solutions.
• Manage a team of senior professionals, aligning their skill sets to maximize client effectiveness and team success.
• Build multi-generational relationships with client families to ensure long-term connections to the Citi Private Bank.
• Collaborate with product experts and internal business partners to deliver seamless execution of complex financial strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and internal control procedures.
• Monitor client goals and risk tolerance to proactively adjust financial strategies as life events occur.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in financial services.
• Extensive and proven expertise in Private Banking, specifically serving the Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) market.
• Demonstrated track record in relationship selling and managing complex client transactions.
• Experience leading client teams and driving business growth.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Deep understanding of the Orange County market and local UHNW networks.
