Managing Director, Private Banker

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and convert them into long-term clients within the UHNW market
• Serve as a trusted advisor, developing tailored financial, investment, and risk management strategies
• Build multi-generational relationships with client families to ensure long-term connections to the bank
• Collaborate with product experts and internal partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions
• Drive revenue growth by establishing referral networks and managing complex client transactions
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance client credibility and achieve collective sales goals
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and internal controls

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in financial services
• Extensive and proven experience in Private Banking specifically covering the UHNW market
• Demonstrated track record in relationship selling and managing high-value client teams
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Deep expertise in complex financial structuring and liquidity needs
