Managing Director, Private Banker

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and convert prospects into ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, developing tailored financial, investment, and risk management strategies.
• Build multi-generational relationships with client families to ensure long-term connections to the bank.
• Collaborate with product experts and internal partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by establishing referral networks and managing complex client transactions.
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance client credibility and achieve collective sales goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and internal controls.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in financial services.
• Extensive and proven expertise in Private Banking, specifically serving the UHNW market.
• Demonstrated track record in relationship selling and managing complex client teams.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Deep understanding of global investment products and liquidity management.
