Managing Director, Private Banker

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and convert prospects into ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic advice regarding complex financial matters and wealth management.
• Develop tailored solutions addressing investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs.
• Build multi-generational relationships with client families to ensure long-term connections to the bank.
• Collaborate with product experts and internal partners to deliver seamless execution of services.
• Manage client expectations and maintain a deep understanding of their specific goals and risk tolerance.
• Establish a robust referral network to drive new business and revenue growth.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal control procedures.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in financial services.
• Extensive and proven expertise in Private Banking, specifically covering the UHNW market.
• Demonstrated track record in relationship selling and managing complex transactions.
• Experience leading client teams and working with high-level intermediaries.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Deep understanding of the San Francisco market and local UHNW landscape.
