Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the MedTech vertical
• Establish operational frameworks and service models to scale the practice
• Act as a MedTech IR expert and thought leader
• Prepare marketing materials and pitch new business opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with investors, analysts, and bankers
• Manage a portfolio of 7–10 Biotech and MedTech clients
• Provide strategic counsel to senior executives on investor engagement
• Develop high-impact content including investor presentations and earnings scripts
• Manage and mentor a team of junior staff
• Drive profitability and operational efficiency across the vertical

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations
• Strong focus on Biotech, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences
• Proven success in agency or consulting environments
• Deep network within the investment community and Biotech/MedTech ecosystem
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CFA
• Experience launching or scaling new business lines
• Competency in technology-driven environments including AI
