Responsibilities
- Own the overall business strategy, growth, and P&L for the CXM business in Sweden
- Lead key client relationships and drive strategic account development
- Build pipeline and drive new business while expanding existing partnerships
- Lead the transformation of capabilities, services, and ways of working
- Lead and inspire a high-performing organization
- Collaborate across media, creative, and CXM to deliver integrated and scalable client solutions
- Position the organization as a leader in CXM, digital transformation, and data-driven marketing
Requirements
- Strong P&L management experience
- Deep understanding of Customer Experience Management (CXM)
- Proven experience engaging with C-level stakeholders
- Experience operating within a complex matrix organization
- International business experience
- Professional proficiency in both English and Swedish
