Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage driver operations, customer service, sales, and marketing activities based on Lalamove standards.
• Execute regional and local partnerships to ensure consistent business user base growth.
• Oversee business development to acquire users and cultivate strategic partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and enforce best practices to ensure high service standards across all operational metrics.
• Manage financial control, including budgeting, forecasting, and aligning business needs with operating expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• 8+ years of management experience, preferably in a start-up, O2O, eCommerce, or logistics environment.
• Proven management track-record within the UK market.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive under pressure.
