Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to achieve operational targets
• Facilitate an environment for technical and operational teams, including logistics, HSE, and infrastructure
• Execute strategy based on technology roadmap and launch schedule
• Collaborate with various functions and business units within Isar Aerospace SE
• Represent the subsidiary with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies
• Report progress and challenges to the parent company's executive team
• Ensure compliance with Swedish local and international laws, tax declarations, and HSE policies

Requirements

• Relevant degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Relevant leadership experience in a Swedish company
• Strong financial background with a proven track record of management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate across different functions and business units
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is desirable
