Managing Director Investment Management Company

Responsibilities

• Collective strategic and operative leadership of the KAG together with the second managing director
• Overall responsibility for fund management, sales of fund products including product development, and operations and information management
• Development and implementation of the strategy and ensuring ambitious growth targets
• Leadership of a highly experienced team
• Close cooperation with Sparkasse Oberösterreich to strengthen the securities business
• Further development of the KAG product portfolios for regional private and corporate clients
• Representation of the KAG towards owners, internal stakeholders, and selected institutional clients
• Preparation of decision and reporting documents for corporate bodies

Requirements

• Sound commercial education and ongoing training
• Leadership experience in an investment management company or a bank related to asset management
• Several years of operative experience in fund/portfolio management
• Deep knowledge of the Investmentfondsgesetz, AIFMG, and BWG basics
• Fulfillment of Fit-&-Proper requirements for the management of a KAG
• Leadership personality with strong communication and team orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented approach
