About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to large, complex clients regarding the design and management of health and benefits programs
- Create and execute business strategies to penetrate local and regional markets and acquire new Health and Benefits clients
- Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals while retaining and growing existing client revenue
- Act as a senior strategist to ensure health and welfare plan designs meet client needs and align with overall benefits strategies
- Raise market awareness of WTW's capabilities through conference appearances and other profile-building activities
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and consulting teams to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of new tools, approaches, and the identification of future talent
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the design and management of large group health and welfare plans within a consulting or brokerage environment
- Proven track record of managing large client relationships and generating significant revenue
- Executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills
- Ability to influence senior management and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel regularly
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
