Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the strategic direction, development, and daily operations of the company
• Ensure strong economic management and continuous follow-up on projects and results
• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors on strategy and execution
• Act as a central point of contact for banks, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Further develop the company's structure and management systems, including QHSE processes
• Bridge the gap between the executive office and the construction site to ensure progress and follow-up

Requirements

• Experience from the contracting industry, preferably within technical insulation, HVAC, or ventilation
• Technical background such as Engineer, Maskinmester, or Constructor
• Solid experience in project management and personnel leadership
• Experience with tendering, contracting, and project economics
• Proficiency in corporate-level financial management
• Strong leadership style based on presence, credibility, and respect
