Managing Director, Government Affairs

Responsibilities

• Lead daily communications with U.S. federal and state governments, regulatory bodies, and industry associations
• Monitor and analyze U.S. policy trends in new energy, battery manufacturing, and supply chain security
• Lead participation in congressional hearings and policy lobbying for tax incentives and subsidies
• Build strategic partnerships with lawmakers, policy think tanks, and industry alliances
• Manage government communication and public opinion response during crisis events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or Business Management
• At least 15 years of experience in government relations or public affairs
• Deep understanding of U.S. policy-making processes and energy sector regulations
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong policy analysis and leadership abilities
