Managing Director (Finance Transformation)

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through active business development and cross-functional selling
• Negotiate with clients and prospects to secure new business and long-term relationships
• Take ultimate responsibility for project execution and quality of work products
• Provide tailored solutions by deeply understanding client businesses and industries
• Contribute to service line intellectual capital, thought leadership, and market initiatives
• Foster the growth of future leaders through coaching, training, and recruiting efforts
• Participate in strategic firm, geographic, and practice line decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in finance transformation or business performance improvement
• 3+ years of management experience
• Background as an advisory partner or director from Big 4, regional accounting, or specialty boutique firms
• Proven track record of business development and revenue growth
• Expertise in finance transformation and industry trends
