Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Source and maintain senior-level relationships with healthcare corporates and sponsors to drive new business
• Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives on equity financing, market windows, and transaction structures
• Lead end-to-end execution of equity transactions including IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, and at-the-market programs
• Oversee deal strategy, syndicate coordination, investor targeting, and pricing recommendations
• Direct the development of sector and market content for corporate and institutional clients
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior bankers while setting high execution standards
• Collaborate with Healthcare Investment Banking, Research, and Sales & Trading teams

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant investment banking or ECM experience with significant healthcare exposure
• Proven track record of origination and execution in healthcare equity financings
• Deep understanding of equity capital markets dynamics and investor behavior
• Strong command of financial statements, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• FINRA licenses
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the New York City area
• Authorized to work full time in the U.S. without sponsorship
