Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Direct overall business operations to maximize performance, profitability, and ROI
• Guide departments in formulating long-term business plans and capital/operational budgets
• Liaise between the Board of Directors and Senior Management regarding business plans and budgets
• Develop and monitor KPIs for all departments and senior management
• Implement best practices for farm and plant operations to ensure optimum asset utilization
• Conduct market studies and develop sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue
• Identify and mitigate business risks
• Provide periodic feedback to the BOD and shareholders on financial and operational performance
• Oversee livestock health, product quality standards, and facility maintenance
• Manage costs and implement reduction strategies
• Lead talent development, recruitment, and culture initiatives to ensure optimal staffing and motivation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in dairy farming, livestock management, or related fields
• At least 15 years of experience in managing dairy business operations (farm, plant, and distribution)
• At least 5 years of experience as CEO or Managing Director of a dairy business
• Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale operations
• In-depth understanding of Saudi laws and practices related to dairy operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
