Managing Director, Commercial Banking Dealer Finance

Responsibilities

• Facilitate bank growth through business development and management of key client relationships
• Lead the structuring of high-value, complex deals and secure credit approvals
• Manage high-value client portfolios to drive cross-selling, retention, and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through market insights and competitor analysis
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues and strategic problem-solving
• Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to drive strategic decision-making
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies
• Oversee resource allocation and team performance to meet organizational goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
• Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred)
• Strong credit knowledge, skills, and ability to meet credit portfolio requirements
• Proven track record of significant revenue generation and managing sales metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• CPA certification
• Extensive industry knowledge and experience as a technical thought leader
