Managing Director, Cluster West

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic shift from traditional product sales to customer-focused solution sales.
• Strengthen collaboration and relationships with customers, bodybuilders, partners, dealers, and service networks across the UK and Ireland.
• Guide the business through organizational change, ensuring clear priorities and effective execution.
• Manage business risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs as the business scope evolves.
• Contribute to the Business Unit Chassis leadership team by supporting strategy, performance, and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience within a complex, fast-paced, or multicultural environment.
• Proven track record of leading organizational change and turning strategy into actionable results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships.
• Fluency in English is required.
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the mobility, automotive, or related industrial sectors.
• International business experience.
