Responsibilities

• Lead and run a large agency team across different FMCG categories
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients to drive business growth and transformation
• Drive social ad AI initiatives and deliver on negotiation targets
• Develop strategic recommendations and identify commercial growth opportunities within the client portfolio
• Mentor and develop team capabilities in line with business and client needs
• Lead the team to deliver "social-first" innovation

Requirements

• Strong client management background (not just servicing)
• Experience managing different divisions and advising senior-level stakeholders
• Background in social digital, consulting agencies, or marketing communications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with a self-starter mindset
• Resilience and an agile mindset to adapt to fast-changing environments
• Proficiency in presenting in both Chinese and English
