Managing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Contribute to revenue generation by identifying opportunities and shaping proposals
• Lead and deliver complex analysis, strategy, and transformation workstreams
• Act as a senior voice on client engagements to shape recommendations
• Support the design and implementation of operating models and governance structures
• Build trusted relationships with clients in complex political environments
• Coach and support junior consultants to foster a high-performing culture

Requirements

• Proven experience in management consulting or a related field
• Experience delivering strategy, operating model, or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of public sector structures and governance
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with interest in business development
• Right to live and work in Denmark

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital transformation, data, or business process improvement
