Managing Consultant, Land Services Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple land services projects from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support evolving project needs
• Act as a key liaison between clients, property owners, land agents, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication
• Mentor and guide project teams, supporting collaboration, workflow planning, and professional growth
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, budgets, project plans, schedules, and progress reports
• Oversee or review deed and title research, land valuation studies, permitting applications, and related documentation
• Supervise and coordinate support staff, land agents, and subcontractors
• Monitor project financial performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of consulting experience with demonstrated responsibility for project management, relationship management, and team leadership
• Strong technical competence in land services, title research, valuation studies, permitting, or related activities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while coordinating cohesive delivery teams
• Experience developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to various client locations
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 8–12 years of consulting experience
• Experience supporting capital projects across energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
• Demonstrated success in developing or implementing growth strategies
• Prior experience supervising land agents, subcontractors, or technical support staff
