About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple land services projects from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support evolving project needs
- Act as a key liaison between clients, property owners, land agents, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication
- Mentor and guide project teams, supporting collaboration, workflow planning, and professional growth
- Develop proposals, scopes of work, budgets, project plans, schedules, and progress reports
- Oversee or review deed and title research, land valuation studies, permitting applications, and related documentation
- Supervise and coordinate support staff, land agents, and subcontractors
- Monitor project financial performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of consulting experience with demonstrated responsibility for project management, relationship management, and team leadership
- Strong technical competence in land services, title research, valuation studies, permitting, or related activities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while coordinating cohesive delivery teams
- Experience developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to various client locations
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 8–12 years of consulting experience
- Experience supporting capital projects across energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
- Demonstrated success in developing or implementing growth strategies
- Prior experience supervising land agents, subcontractors, or technical support staff
