Managing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise transformation programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Own day-to-day senior client relationships to drive delivery outcomes and decision making
• Establish governance, performance management, and value realization mechanisms at scale
• Lead planning across all phases, including mobilization, delivery, stabilization, and optimization
• Support business development through shaping, proposals, and account growth
• Mentor and develop consultants while building a high-trust delivery culture
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve transparency, coordination, and value realization

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in transformation consulting or equivalent program leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholders
• Strong AI literacy, including core and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation
• Experience in operating model change and transformation governance
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and shape work
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed environments with competing priorities
