Managing Consultant - Benchmarking

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to define requirements for Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) benchmarks based on business needs
• Guide client teams through the data collection process and select relevant metrics for environmental assessment
• Perform detailed analysis of cost and operational data to provide benchmarking insights
• Assess current business operations and provide analysis based on pricing, automation tools, and staffing
• Develop solution models in the ADM space tailored to different client environments
• Mentor a team of analysts supporting client projects and data management
• Engage with senior leadership and CXOs of client organizations regarding IT contracts and sourcing expertise
• Collaborate with internal development teams to jointly develop new benchmarking offerings

Requirements

• 9-14 years of experience in pre-sales and solutioning for application services, including application operations and Agile delivery
• Hands-on solutioning experience in Application Development and Maintenance (ADM)
• Strong understanding of automation solutions, staffing estimation, and commercial models
• Experience working with global clients and managing international contracts
• Exceptional quantitative and data interpretation skills
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting due diligence, portfolio assessments, and solution workshops
• Experience with bid defense presentations
