Managing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex consulting engagements and work streams for large enterprises.
• Focus on enterprise transformation and optimization strategies with business, technical, and operational impacts.
• Manage and develop relationships with senior-level clients and mine existing client accounts.
• Develop financial business cases, risk modeling, and strategies for business transformation and strategic sourcing.
• Create RFP statements of work, financials, service levels, and terms & conditions.
• Architect, execute, and manage transition planning and support activities.
• Manage large budgets while ensuring the timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness of engagements.
• Support proposal development and the creation of intellectual capital in new growth areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-rated school.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT consulting, management consulting, or operations management.
• Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of process and IT automation technologies, BPM solutions, and integration software.
• Experience with total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis and modernization business cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across North America and potentially other regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Industry-recognized certifications in business analysis, process design, user experience, or project management.
