About the Company
Easebuzz is a fintech organization that enables online merchants to accept, process, and disburse payments through developer-friendly APIs. The company focuses on building plug-and-play products, including payment infrastructure, to solve complete business problems across payments, lending, subscription, and eKYC.
Responsibilities
- Drive and scale assigned industry categories through the partnership sales model
- Understand merchant ecosystem players and industry drivers to identify scaling avenues
- Ensure quick turnarounds for innovations and alignment across verticals
- Identify need gaps and create an innovation pipeline using consumer and competitor insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Sales, and BA teams
- Monitor and analyze the quality of processed leads through Enterprise Partners
- Execute partner engagement via online and offline events
- Manage post-lead interactions with enterprise-level partners through relationship building and product knowledge
Requirements
- Ability to align account plans with client objectives to exceed expectations
- Experience managing financial aspects of accounts to ensure growth and profitability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a payment gateway product
