Manager/Sr. Manager, Patient Supply Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global patient supply for early-phase programs aligned with clinical development plans
• Operationalize bulk vs. per-patient distribution strategies, safety stock policies, and contingency plans
• Manage end-to-end global shipments including documentation and coordination with couriers and customs brokers
• Lead and execute import/export processes, including IOR and EOR models
• Oversee cold-chain logistics (LN2 and -80°C) and lane qualification
• Lead evaluation and implementation of inventory management systems like SAP and IRT
• Partner with Quality to ensure QP release processes are executable and documented
• Provide senior oversight of CMOs, depots, couriers, and CROs

Requirements

• BS or MS Degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or equivalent discipline
• 8+ years of experience in clinical supply chain, patient supply, or GMP operations
• Demonstrated strategic ownership of early-phase (FIH, Phase I) patient supply programs
• Experience with global clinical shipments and temperature-controlled logistics
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting allogeneic and/or in-vivo therapies
• Experience with complex cold-chain and non-patient-specific supply models
• Expertise in GMP and cell therapy logistics
• Advanced technical training
