Giga is a Voice AI startup that recently raised a $61M Series A. The company develops real-time AI agents for Fortune 500 customers, helping enterprises like DoorDash automate complex support and operations workflows across voice, chat, and email.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Prepare and review accruals, account reconciliations, and flux analysis
• Manage AP, vendor contracts, expense reimbursements, and treasury
• Coordinate external tax advisors for federal and state filings
• Own and improve the end-to-end usage-based billing process
• Drive ASC 606 revenue recognition for a consumption model
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of a new ERP system
• Build a chart of accounts for department-level P&L reporting
• Develop procurement processes and prepare the company for its first external audit
• Hire and scale the accounting function

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years of Big 4 experience
• 2+ years of experience in private tech
• CPA certification (active or inactive) strongly preferred
• Deep command of US GAAP and ASC 606
• Proven experience owning usage-based billing
• Experience leading or playing a key role in an ERP implementation
• Experience preparing a company for its first external audit
• Experience using AI tooling to automate accounting workflows
• Ability to work in-office daily in San Francisco (Dogpatch)
