About the Company

Easebuzz is a fintech organization that enables online merchants to accept, process, and disburse payments through developer-friendly APIs. The company focuses on building plug-and-play products including payment infrastructure for payments, lending, subscription, and eKYC.

Responsibilities

• Understand the market and produce USPs for in-house products
• Work on market intelligence, partnership development, and startup development
• Generate leads, prospects, and convert them into clients
• Develop strategies, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets
• Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners
• Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations to attain accelerated growth
• Ensure 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure acquisition, revenue maximization, and retention
• Analyze data trends and client performance to develop strategic sales plans
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the digital payment space
• Proven track record in growing companies and leading dynamic teams
• Knowledge of the Payments and Settlement Act (RBI)
• Knowledge of Merchant Category Codes (MCC), PCI-DSS Compliance, and Comodo SSL
• Knowledge of Nodal and Escrow Accounts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in sales strategy and account management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous senior leadership experience in tier-1 payment companies or banks (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Billdesk, HDFC, ICICI, Paytm)
• Exposure to extra-curricular activities
