Manager/Sr. Manager, Biopharma Marketing

About the Company

PathAI is on a mission to improve patient outcomes with AI-powered pathology. We are transforming traditional pathology methods into powerful, new technologies to accelerate drug development and improve diagnostic accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launches for biopharma products and services, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market rollout plans
• Own external messaging and campaign calendars across web, social, PR, and sales enablement
• Develop product marketing collateral, including content creation and creative direction for digital and event assets
• Support the planning and execution of Tier 1 industry conferences and follow-up engagement strategies
• Partner with the marketing team on channel strategy, investment decisions, and performance measurement

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in product marketing within the healthcare field
• Proven ability to craft engaging content for diverse customer segments
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Eye for design and experience creating visual communication tools
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing agency relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices
• Prior experience in a high-growth (Series A-C) company
• Knowledge of marketing automation/CRM platforms like HubSpot or Marketo
• Proficiency with SEO/analytics tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush
• Experience with video and image editing tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
