Manager/Senior Manager/General Manager | Hospitality & Alternative Assets

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and feasibility studies for hotels, resorts, and mixed-use hospitality developments
• Analyze demand, supply dynamics, and competitive benchmarking
• Support hotel operator searches, brand selection, and management contract negotiations
• Lead leasing assignments for hotel assets, co-living, healthcare, and education sectors
• Structure lease, management, franchise, and hybrid operating models
• Lead buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments for acquisitions and divestments
• Prepare investment memorandums, teasers, offering documents, and business plans
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel operators, developers, and investors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Architecture, or Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience for Manager level or 4-6 years for Senior Manager level
• Expertise in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and valuation
• Knowledge of hotel management and franchise agreements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, CA, or Hotel Management Degree
• MRICS qualification or Real Estate specialization
• Prior experience in hospitality consulting or real estate advisory
