Manager/Senior Manager Sales - Test Systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales strategies with overall business goals
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient use of resources
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (Master's degree is a plus)
• 10-15 years of proven sales experience within the testing equipment industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Strong networking capabilities with Indian Automotive OEMs and testing agencies
