Manager/Senior Manager - Sales

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals and RFP/RFQ responses for defence and PSU tenders
• Identify new business opportunities in satellite communications, space systems, and advanced ground infrastructure
• Develop market entry strategies for LEO/MEO/GEO, HTS, and defence communications
• Build strategic partnerships with satellite operators, launch providers, and system integrators
• Represent the company at industry forums, space conferences, and defence exhibitions
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and leadership teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Communications, Aerospace, or related field)
• 5–12 years of experience in Sales within satellite communications, space systems, or telecom infrastructure
• Proven experience selling complex, high-value technology solutions
• Exposure to government/defence procurement and tendering processes
• Solid understanding of satellite communications (LEO/MEO/GEO, HTS, gateways, ground segment)
• High-level understanding of RF, mmWave, antennas, or network architectures
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and engage with global customers
