Manager/Senior Manager, Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality consulting services including development and market analysis, industry studies, and occupier strategy studies
• Collaborate with developers to understand and solve their professional needs
• Manage, develop, and market advisory services
• Lead teams in discussing project ideas, layouts, and delivering marketing research and positioning reports
• Oversee project planning, organization, and implementation, including assigning work to subordinates
• Responsible for team building, talent cultivation, and management

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or similar
• At least five years of real estate market research or related experience
• Three years of experience managing a sizable team with strong leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of property markets in Guangzhou and the South China region
• Proven ability to execute commercial projects independently
• Strong skills in commercial property positioning, financial analysis, and master plans
• Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Good communication skills in English
