Manager/Director, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Deliver key insights regarding financial and business metrics to facilitate decision-making
• Support the improvement and operation of the company's financial model, including headcount and revenue forecasting
• Lead the long-term, annual, and quarterly forecasting process
• Prepare financial and KPI data for monthly/quarterly board and executive reporting
• Own management reporting and partner with the business on expense controls
• Responsible for owning and maintaining a system implementation
• Assist in financial-related work streams for future capital-raise activities
• Develop sustainable and scalable processes for ongoing financial reporting
• Analyze and report on historical and projected performance trends
• Lead and contribute to investment decisions through ad-hoc analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related major
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or management consulting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with complex financial models
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work U.S. East Coast business hours
