Manager/Director, Deals Desk

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deal process including quota creation, quoting, approvals, and bookings
• Serve as the primary escalation point for non-standard and complex transactions
• Manage the CPQ-to-RCA transition and ensure system adoption
• Enforce approval matrices and pricing guidelines across segments and regions
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to evolve deal policies and pricing frameworks
• Define and report on KPIs such as cycle time, exception rate, and ARR per deal
• Drive automation of deal approvals and quote workflows
• Lead and develop the Deal Desk Analyst team

Requirements

• 10+ years in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations for Director level (5+ years leadership)
• 5-8 years of relevant experience for Manager level
• Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, ARR/NRR, and revenue recognition
• Required experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Proven track record of maintaining commercial policy while managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience working with high-performing sales teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
• Deal automation or AI-assisted deal management experience
• Proficiency with Jira
