Manager/Director, Deals Desk

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deal process including quota creation, quoting, approvals, and bookings
• Serve as the primary escalation point for non-standard and complex transactions
• Manage the transition from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
• Enforce approval matrices and pricing guidelines across segments and regions
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to evolve deal policies and pricing frameworks
• Define and track KPIs such as cycle time, exception rate, and ARR per deal
• Drive adoption of RCA and related tooling across Sales and CS
• Lead and develop Deal Desk Analysts and collaborate with RevOps on GTM strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations for Director level
• 5-8 years of relevant experience for Manager level
• Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, ARR/NRR, and revenue recognition
• Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ
• Proven ability to maintain commercial policy while managing relationships with Sales and Finance
• Experience working with high-performing sales teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
• Experience with deal automation or AI-assisted deal management
• Proficiency with Jira
