Manager/Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting lifecycle for B2B OTA transactions including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and payouts
• Handle day-to-day accounting functions such as journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations
• Monitor partner/vendor accounts and ensure daily billing, payment follow-ups, and dispute resolution
• Manage daily reconciliations of bookings, cancellations, refunds, invoicing, and chargebacks
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings and financial reporting
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries
• Assist in internal and statutory audits by preparing necessary reports
• Optimize accounting processes for scalability and automation
• Monitor credit limits and exposure for B2B agents

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (preferred) or finance graduate/postgraduate
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in B2B accounting
• Experience in tech-driven or travel industry environments
• Deep understanding of OTA business models and commission structures
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST laws, and TDS regulations
• Proficiency with ERP Systems such as Business Central or Navision is preferable
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
