About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of customer strategies by translating business questions into quantitative analyses.
- Conduct in-depth customer analysis to understand profiles, behaviors, and trends to drive growth and retention.
- Evaluate customer campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and support test-and-learn initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive frameworks to track customer initiative success against predefined KPIs.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize performance trends and enable stakeholder decision-making.
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple stakeholders into standardized formats for accurate Group-level reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related subject.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services or consulting focusing on data, analytics, and CRM.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages for data analysis, specifically Python and SQL.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Databricks is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing data strategies and analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact.
