About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and measure sales and marketing programs to meet subscriber and cash flow projections.
- Support sales results in direct sales channels by deploying defined programs and identifying best practices.
- Manage teams and key productivity metrics to ensure success across sales channels.
- Ensure Supervisors and Representatives are trained on product offerings, branding, and current promotions.
- Partner with Region and Division staff to align on objectives and department goals.
- Work with IT and other departments to ensure appropriate sales routing and assignments.
- Drive results through coaching, performance management, and managing by metrics.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
- Strong ability to partner and build consensus across functional areas.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, though a combination of coursework and experience will be considered.
