About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and measure sales and marketing programs to meet subscriber and cash flow projections.
  • Support sales results in direct sales channels by deploying defined programs and identifying best practices.
  • Manage teams and key productivity metrics to ensure success across sales channels.
  • Ensure Supervisors and Representatives are trained on product offerings, branding, and current promotions.
  • Partner with Region and Division staff to align on objectives and department goals.
  • Work with IT and other departments to ensure appropriate sales routing and assignments.
  • Drive results through coaching, performance management, and managing by metrics.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
  • Strong ability to partner and build consensus across functional areas.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, though a combination of coursework and experience will be considered.
